For the smooth and timely delivery, we request our customers to ensure correctness of delivery address (including the pin code).

As a policy we do not accept returned items, however in the unfortunate and rare event of receiving damaged /defective product, kindly raise the issue by emailing us on neerukitchen34@gmail.com within 24 hours of having received the product. We will surely try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation of order – Once you place the order, we don’t encourage order cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel the order. In case we initiate the order cancellations due to the product out of stock, we will send a notification to the customer’s registered mobile number and/or email ID and refund for the same will be processed within 7 business days. We will not be liable for any kind of interest/compensation in such cases. We will refund the amount through the same mode by which the customer would make the payment, through our Payment Gateway partner.
